FLOOR FRAMING

1. 1st we set out our profiles/barriers
2. we had to find our datum point
3. set out dumpy level
4. we marked the heights on the profiles.
5. set up batter boards to the bottom of the marks.
6. set out stringline for locating the four cornersof the house.
7. set out ground plate with a 50mm offset
8. pin ground plate with hilty
9. measure the piles from the stringline to the ground plate.
10. fixed and braced piles
11. 50mm from edge then 200mm offset lamanating bearers.
12. fixed bearers to piles.
13. set out our double joist.(mark 600 in from each end of a double joist)
14. we transferd the marks from back joist to front to keep them paralell
15. block and line to straghten back joist
16. nail on side joist
17. 3/4/5-square the joist up
18. fixed front joist
19. block and line front joist
20. measured/cut/fixed in place
